The Healthiest Weight Loss Plan To Your CaT

The healthier & the unhealthier food

When it comes to pet food, make sure it will take a balanced diet and healthy nutrition to keep the animal alive, along with plenty of fresh and clean water to keep the pet happy and healthy

Anyone who knows cats well will know they love food too, whether it's cat food or human food. Some cats do anything to get eaten. However, not all food is good for every cat. Not every cat needs a lot. Of food as others, but as a basic rule

Every cat needs a balanced diet based on meat, it is known that most animals and not all of them need meat to survive, either the daily diet needs to include protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamins and basic minerals along with freshwater and food quantity From one cat to another depends on a number of factors

: The unhealthier food for our cats

 Grapes and raisins
Dogs can suffer acute kidney failure from eating grapes or raisins  and although toxicity in cats is only anecdotal we would strongly advise that you keep these foods out of reach of your cat

Coffee, tea and energy drinks
These contain caffeine — it can cause your cat to become restless, suffer from rapid breathing, heart palpitations and muscle tremors

Raw Eggs, Raw Meat & Bones
Just like humans, consumption of raw eggs or raw meat can lead to salmonella or E. coli poisoning in cats. Symptoms of the illness vary but can include vomiting, diarrhea, and lethargy. Salmonella and E. coli can also be transmitted to humans, so be careful to properly wash your hands after cooking and keep your cat away from these raw foods. Raw eggs also contain an enzyme that can lead to skin and coat problems. Keep your cat from eating raw bones as well—she could choke on them, injure her digestive tract, or damage her teeth

Dog Food

Dog food has much lower levels of  vitamin A, taurine, arachidonic acid and protein,. Dogs can survive with lower levels of vitamin A and protein, while cats cannot. Dogs are also able to produce taurine and arachidonic acid, but cats must have these acids in their food. Without a sufficient amount of taurine, cats can develop heart disease, vision and dental issues

: The healthier food for our cats

Newborn cats receive full nutrition from their mother's milk in the first four weeks of life, and the cat's milk may be ideal for their needs, so you do not need to feed them anything else
Fats
Cats also require high levels of fats in their diet. This is also used as a source of energy as well as a source of essential fatty acids and vitamins. Diets containing high levels of carbohydrates do not seem to be very palatable to cats and they may not contain sufficient quantities of proteins and fats

water
Without drinking water, your cat could become severely ill within hours. Give your cat constant access to clean drinking water.
Note: Cow's milk is not a substitute for water

vegetables
If you notice your cat chewing on houseplants, they may be in need of more fiber in their diet. Substitute those lush leaves (which may be topped with toxic pesticides) for small portions of baked or steamed vegetables such as carrots, broccoli, asparagus, or squash

Eggs
Rich in protein, iron, and other minerals
